Sightseeing includes Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Great Wall and Ming Tomb in Beijing; Dianchi Lake, Yuantong Temple, Grand View Pavilion, Daguan Park, West Hills, Stone Forest and the Tropical Plants Park in Kunming; the Bund, the old town, and tranquil Yu Garden in Shanghai.

You are at leisure for shopping or relax. You can have a rest and make plenty of preparation for the exciting tour waiting for you. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)
Morning call at 6:00. Study Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. After breakfast, you'll visit Tiananmen Square, with a total area of 440,000 square meters, which boasts the largest of its kind in the center of Beijing. Then you will enter the Forbidden City, the home of Chinese Emperors for more than 500 years. It is the place to go if you want to see the most complete and best-preserved collection of ancient buildings and historical treasures in China. In the evening, attend a welcome banquet featuring Beijing Roast Duck, specially prepared for you! Take a massage and thermal spring bathing, and get your whole body relax from a day of travel.
Day 4 Beijing (B/L/D)
Morning call at 6:00. Study Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven, which has been called "the noblest example of religious architecture in the whole of China". After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, which encompasses Longevity Hill (Wanshoushan) and a series of palaces, pavilions, terraces and covered walks strung out along the northern shore of Kunming Lake. In order to avoid the intense heat of the summer in Beijing, the imperial court used to leave the Forbidden City and stay in this specially built resort. Day 5 Beijing (B/L/D)
Morning call at 6:00. Study Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. The highlight today is an excursion to the Great Wall at "Badaling". As the old Chinese saying tells: "No one is a real man unless he has climbed the Great Wall". You can enjoy the dramatic vistas and marvel at the Wall as it climbs and descends steep ridges and narrow valleys. After lunch, visit the Ming Tombs, built from 1409 A.D. -1644 A.D, where 13 emperors of the Ming (1368-1644) and their empresses and concubines were buried. In the evening, enjoy the Peking Opera, a national treasure with a history of 200 years. Take a massage and thermal spring bathing at night.
Day 6 Beijing / Kunming(B/L)
Morning call at 6:00. Study Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. After breakfast, take a physical examination and you will see the achievement of your healthcare tour. Then, a lecture on traditional Chinese medicine will be given. Transfer to the airport and take the flight to Kunming. Check in the hotel upon arrival.
Day 7 Kunming (B/L/D)
Practice Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. Take a visit to the Dianchi Lake. Being a highland lake with an elevation of 1885 meters, the lake is reputed as a "Pearl on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau." The city tour in the afternoon brings you to Yuantong Temple, northern Yunnan's major Buddhist site and an active place of pilgrimage, and Daguan Lou (Grand View Pavilion), which was built in 1690. The name means Tower of the Magnificent View and it does allow you to have the most complete and amazing view of the whole Daguan park. This tower used to be the Qing Emperor Kangxi's favorite hangout place. The West Hills can be seen here on the tower across the Lake Dianchi and the hills outline the figure of a woman reclining with her long hair rippling into the lake. Thus the West Hills also have the name "Sleeping Beauty Hills". Enjoy a typical Yunnan flavor dinner at a local restaurant. Take a massage and thermal spring bathing at night.
Day 8 Kunming (B/L/D)
Practice Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. A full-day excursion to the Stone Forest. Gradually formed over the years, the Stone Forest is basically limestone pinnacles and rocks standing beautifully like petrified trees in fantastic shapes. It is home to the Sani people, a branch of the Yi minority. You are able to get a very good view of the unique local houses on the sides of the road. The Stone Forest Lake also offers one of the best locations to enjoy an incredible sunset scenery. Take a massage and thermal spring bathing at night.
Day 9 Kunming(B/L/D)
Practice Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. Visit the Tropical Plants Park in Kunming, where you will see all kinds of beautiful and rare plants. Enjoy the fresh air in the park, which can surely do good to your health. Then listen to a lecture on the special Chinese medicine of Yunnan. Take a massage and thermal spring bathing at night.
Day10 Kunming – Shanghai(B/L/D)
Practice Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. Physical examination again. Take another lecture on traditional Chinese medicine. Some old people will be invited to talk about their healthcare experience. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai.
Day 11 Shanghai(B/L/D)
Practice Taiji Boxing and Qigong as morning exercise. Visit the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old meets the modern in Shanghai, then to the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, tea houses and restaurants, and to the elegant and tranquil Yu Garden. Afternoon at leisure. Take a massage and thermal spring bathing at night.
Day 12 Shanghai/ (B)
Free at leisure. transfer to airport and fly home.
Arrive sweet home.
