Day 01 /Beijing
Beijing arrival transfer  to your hotel.
Day 02 Beijing/Chengde
Transfer to railway station. Take the morning train to railway station for the train K711(0720/11:10) to Chengde, a historic mountain resort, 250km. northeast of Beijing. In the afternoon, visit Imperial Summer Resort, it has nine courntryyarks. It is not as plaltial as Beijing's Summer Palace, but it is worth seeing. The building to the right inside th esecond gate has a painting of the Macartney visit and a hunting scene with officials wearing animal head masks and imitating mating calls to attract the animals. You may hiking aroung the mountains in this huge resort, among the mountains. (B/L)
Day 03 Chengde
Visit Puling Temple, a stele about Qianlong's suppression of a rebellion of the minorities. The temple contains a copy of the spectacular 1,000-headed and 1,000-armed Guan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, which should not be missed. then visit another PutongzhongchengTemple, was named as SmallPotalaPalace, home of the Dalia Lama, in Lhasa. It was built from 1767 to 1771 for the 60th birthday of Qianlong and for the 80th birtheday of his mother. The five pagodas on several of the buildings symbolize the five schools of the Buddhism. Day 04 Chengde-Beijng
Transfer via: K712(14:40/18:38),256Km
Visit Xumifushou(Longevity and happiness) Temple in the morinig, was inspired by the Tashilhunpo/Zhaxilhunbu Temple in Shigatxe, Tibet, and used as a residence for the sixth Panchen Lama. Built in 1780, it is the newest of the temples and commemorates Qianlong's 70th birthday, at which point he started to learn Tibetan. After visiting, be transferred to railway station for catching the train K712 (1440/1838) back to Beijing. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. (B/L)
