Itinerary

Day 1 USA / Beijing Depart to Beijing

Day 2 / Beijing
When arriving in Beijing, you will be greeted by our professional tour guide at the Beijing Capital Airport and then transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day will be free for your own leisure.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L/SD)
After breakfast, visit Tiananmen Square, the largest square in the world.  Then we will walk to the Palace Museum, known as the Forbidden City, where exquisite architecture and a vast glimpse of the staggeringly opulent lifestyles of the Chinese emperors and their concubines.  Lunch is followed by a visit of the Summer Palace, a former royal resort for Empress Dowager Ci Xi.  You will visit the Pearl Factory to get to know the pearl culture.  Enjoy the Beijing Dumpling Feast in the evening.

Day 4 
The highlight today is the astonishing Juyong Pass of the Great Wall of China, the only man-made structure on the earth that can be observed by the naked eyes from the moon.  Before lunch, you will visit the Jade Factory to get to know the ancient Jade culture.  In the afternoon, you will go to visit Beijing National Stadium, also know as the bird's nest, which is the main track and field stadium for the 2008 Summer Olympics.  The National Aquatics Center, also known as the Water Cube, alongside Beijing National Stadium in the Olympic Green was covered with huge blue bubbles.  Continue to Tea House to learn tea culture.  Enjoy Hutong tour by riding a pedicab through the narrow lanes of the old residential quarters.  Dinner at local family.

Day 5 Beijing (B/SL/SD)
After breakfast, you will go to Capital Museum.  Continue to Tong Ren Tang to learn Chinese Medicine.  Enjoy Beijing Roast Duck at lunch.  In the afternoon, you will visit Qianmen Street and Silk Factory.  Enjoy minority flavor meal in the evening.

Day 6 Beijing-Tianjin-Beijing (B/L/SD)
This morning, you will take Beijing-Tianjin inter-city high-speed train to Tianjin.  Up arrival, you will visth 5th Avenue, Tianjin Ancient Cultural Street and Food Street.  In the afternoon, you will back to Beijing.  Visit the South Lane gongs in Beijing, on the oldest neighborhoods.  Enjoy Mongolian-style dinner with singing and dance show.

Day 7 Beijing (B)
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to home.  (transfer time is 6:30am.  Surcharge of $40 per person applied to transfer at other times.)
