Day 01 US/China

Day 02 Beijing
Upon your arrival in Beijing, your tour guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Holiday Inn Beijing Deshengmen 4* or similar
You will visit Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. From Tiananmen Square you will be able to enter the Forbidden City. This massive complex was the capital and home of the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties. With 9,999 rooms, this well-preserved imperial palace is the largest in the world. After lunch, visit the Grand Theatre and contine to Summer Palace. The Summer Palace is the largest and best preserved of all imperial palace gardens. Marvel with fascination at the Marble Boat and the ornately painted Long Corridor.
Day 04 Beijing (B/L/SD)
Experience the splendor of the Great Wall, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is an amazing manmade structure built over 2000 years ago to protect China from northern invaders. Continue to the Olympic Green with the "Bird Nest" interior visit and the "Water Cube" outdoor visit in the afternoon. Authentic Peking Roasted Duck will be served for tonight's dinner.
Day 05 Beijing to Xian (B/L)
A tour the Temple of Heaven, the Ming Temple where the Emperors performed annual rite essential for the well being of their land. Depart on an afternoon flight to Xian, the most historic city in China. Xian was the capital of ancient China for 11 dynasties, and you will be spending the next two nights in this beautiful, historical city. Your local guide will accompany you for a visit to the Ancient City Wall.

The vast treasure of the Terracotta Warrior underground army of the will leave you speechless. They were discovered at an archaeological site which has yielded some 8000 ancient terracotta soldiers and horses, each a unique, finely detailed sculpture. In the afternoon, you will visit to the Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight we have prepared you a dinner featuring local flavors and an 18-course dumpling extravaganza.
Day 07 Xian/Shanghai (B/L)
This morning you will visit the Great Mosque and the Muslim quarters. After lunch, take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival to your hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure as you explore Shanghai.

Day 08 Shanghai (B/L/D)
Today you will start to visit the Yu Gardena and the old area of the city as well as the lively waterfront, famously know as the "bund". After lunch, you will be strolling at Xintiandi where you will find cafeterias, bars, restaurants, and arts & crafts shops. Tonight's acrobotic show will amaze you.
Day 09 Shanghai-Suzhou-Shanghai (B/L)
It will be a full day coach excursion trip from Shanghai to Suzhou, known as the "Oriental Venice." Visit the Master of Nets Garden, the Hanshan Temple and the authentic Silk Factory. Later today you will have a chance to take the boat ride along the canals of Suzhou.
Your time is your own after breakfast. You could have a chance to experience your own discoveries for the 2010 Shanghai Expo from May to October 2010.
Day 11 Shanghai / Guilin (B/L)
You will visit the Shanghai Museum in the morning. After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Guilin. The excellent landscape with winding rivers and the spectacular pointed mountains will take your breath away.

Day 12 Guilin (B/L)
The highest of the day will be the downstream cruise on the beautiful Li River from Guilin to Yangshou, where you will find many stalls selling traditional and replicas Chinese arts and crafts. Be sure to take some time to visit these local markets before you are taking coach back to Guilin.
Day 13 Guilin / Hong Kong (B/L)
This morning you will visit the special limestone scenery underground in the Reed Flute Cave before you climb up Fubo Hill. After lunch it will be a great photo stop at the Elephant Trunk Hill. You will take a flight from Guilin to Hong Kong in the late afternoon. The local guide in Hong Kong will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 14 Hong Kong (B)
After the breakfast, you will take the 5-hour guided tour on Hong Kong Island for a visit to the Victoria Peak, the Repulse Bay and Aberdeen. Then it will be your own leisure time for the rest of the day.
Today, the guide will transfer you from the hotel to the airport for your flight home.
